1. How much do I have to pay for using erWin?
The costs for erWin depend on the requested access time. You have the option of requesting access to all of the online service information for different period of validity.

2. How do I get my password?
The password will be sent to your Email address shortly after successful registration.

3. Forgotten your password?
Then go to the Forgotten your password? page. Enter your email address there and then click on Send. You will immediately be sent a new password by email, and you can change this to a personal password after you have logged in.

4. Login failed!
Check that you entered your email address and your password correctly. When you enter the password, make sure you use the correct uppercase and lowercase letters.

5. The document can be opened, but only one page is legible.
Older versions of Adobe Acrobat Readers can result in problems when reading the documents. Please install the newest version of Acrobat Readers, which is available free of charge.

6. Can I use erWin with other browsers?
The erWin Web Shop was optimised for Microsoft Internet Explorer. See also System requirements.

7. Will the range of documents offered by erWin be expanded?
The erWin Online site will continuously be added new documents.

9. What is the time span between order and activation?
Usually only a few seconds. This is made possible by a direct check (online validation) of your credit card. As soon as you open the first document, the counter for your flat rate starts running. Thus, you can decide yourself when your access period should begin.

Enquiries with regards to the contents of documents can be made via the Feedback Channel. Use the FEEDBACK/Create under the menu item "Repair and servicing information" for this purpose. You must have a valid flat rate in order to use this function to get an answer to your question.
